Coming soon: Feng Shui Apparel Collections of CherylAna

You know the instant you look through the lens:  here is a talent, very possibly a great couturier, a game-changer and a trend setter.  The designs involve elegant, classy, stylish cuts, and the collection is a melody of a minimalist harmony, one that emphasizes organic, sustainable natural fibers and yarns, brilliantly crafted into luxury ready to wear garments.  It opens a door in our perceptions of what fashion should be.   With their graceful chic shapes, carefully selected colors and prints, the designs paint a portrait of a sophisticated affectionate woman, who embraces life.  CherylAna’s collection is about simplicity, style, sophistication, sustainability.   Balance, beauty, concern for the environment, health, comfort - her inspirations take her on a path of a conscious artist, who carefully guards the look of subtle elegance, that’s a perfect synthesis of environmental awareness and aesthetic avidity.   Nearly every one of these designs belongs to the coveted designer section whether it be at Nieman Marcus or Sachs, with one exception, it must bear the “organic” label.

CherylAna's atelier is a social and environmentally reflective company. Made in the USA.  Botanical dyes, low impact dyes or naturally color-grown fabrics and finishings, used in products are not harmful to the environment or skin.  Notable specialty textiles are hand-selected in creating the collection.  Having worked with Cheryl, it's impossible not to share her passion for creating a product with authenticity, environmental conscience, integrity, purity and purpose.   Not to mention, her work won me over!

Who will go the distance?
Well, I've seen a lot on the runways of FW 2011 and was most impressed by Arizona, Daphne, Theres and Britt.  And while Arizona and Daphne are already easily recognized during their second season, I am intrigued by the charming elegance of Theres Alexandersson and am taken aback by the classic perfection of the reserved Britt Maren and hope that both will emerge as top models of our times.
